@genxjamerican.com If past studies of bias (especially in the tech industry) are any guide, a similar study about black men would show the same bias against our usage of AI in corporate contexts.

@jamellebouie.net In addition to families renting (often because it’s more affordable than a mortgage) some people who buy have money from their parents and grandparents to enable cash offers. Lack of supply from decades of under building remains the key challenge.
